Moriah Bracken is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping children realize and reach their full potential. She believes in children's capacity to grow, learn, and utilize skills to successfully navigate today's world. With a large emphasis on utilizing a strengths based approach, she is able to build strong rapport with clients in order for them to feel comfortable in the therapeutic space. Her diverse school social work experience allows her to collaborate with parents, guardians, and school teams in order to ensure skills and strategies are generalized across all settings of her client's life. Moriah specializes in children and adolescents. She believes in neurodiverse affirming strategies that meet clients where they are at. She specializes in treating anxiety, school problems, depression, peer conflict, and building relationship, self-awareness, problem solving, and social-awareness skills. She has also been SPACE trained, and works with parents and guardians to support their child with anxiety.
Jami Meltzer is a licensed clinical social worker. She has over 5 years of experience working with children and families in various public school settings on the North Shore. Jami earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a special certification in School Social Work. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jami is extremely passionate about working with children and adolescents to help them navigate their way through life's everyday challenges, and develop positive coping skills. She has extensive experience working with adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-esteem, peer relationships, trauma, and life transitions. Additionally, throughout her years in the public schools, Jami has had experience working with neurodiverse students as well as their school teams and families. Jami’s kind, calm, warm, patient and empathetic demeanor has allowed her to develop strong and trusting relationships with each of her clients. Jami believes in utilizing a relational and strengths-based therapeutic approach to best meet her client’s needs, while also empowering them to reach their greatest potential.
Natalia Panico Kleinberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, where she specialized in School Social Work and Group Work. She currently serves as a school social worker at a junior high and brings experience from private practice and therapeutic summer camp settings. Natalia has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5–18) navigating a wide range of challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, behavioral concerns, social-emotional difficulties, and social-pragmatic language needs. Natalia is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She provides neurodivergent-affirming care and believes in a holistic, collaborative approach—working closely with families, school teams, medical professionals, and other providers to support the whole child. Natalia is passionate about helping young people build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and thrive in the face of life’s everyday challenges.
